I just signed up for The Trendy Box subscription! What will I receive?
Every month, you’ll receive a box filled with 3-4 fashion accessories, consisting of, but not limited to, necklaces, rings, earrings, belts, wallets, compact mirrors, and hair accessories.
Is The Trendy Box available outside the US?
Yes, we also ship to Canada. However, feel free to shop from our store, we do offer international shipping.
Are there any extra fees?
There is a $4.99 Shipping fee added to all subscriptions. Please note that in NY, NJ, MA and VA sales tax may apply.
Am I able to cancel my membership before my first box has shipped?
You may cancel your monthly recurring subscription at anytime; however, your first shipment cannot be canceled and is nonrefundable. To cancel your subscription box, please email info@thetrendybox.com. You may also log into your Paypal account and cancel the subscription as well from your account.
If I move, am I able to update my address for my subscription?
Yes! You can update your shipping address by emailing info@thetrendybox.com. Please note that all address changes must be received before the 10th of the month. As we start to ship all of our orders on the 10th.
When can I expect my first shipment?
Your first Trendy Box will arrive depending on the date on which you placed your subscription order. Orders placed BEFORE the 10th of each month will be shipped that same month. Orders placed AFTER the 10th of the month will be shipped out the next month. All Trendy Boxes ship from NY and should arrive an estimated 5-10 business days after they ship. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your box’s progress.
When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
When you place your order for any of our monthly subscriptions, you will be billed for your first Trendy Box immediately. After that, you will be billed every 30 days.
How do I update my billing?
To update your billing, simply log in to your Paypal account.
Am I able to return or exchange a Trendy Box?
The Trendy Box cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable. If you have received a damaged or defective item in your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact us: info@thetrendybox.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly members can cancel their Trendy Box subscription at any time, before the 10th of the month. If your subscription has shipped already, we will be able to cancel it for the next month. There are no cancellation fees. Please contact us at info@thetrendybox.com to cancel. Three months, six months, and twelve month subscriptions cannot be canceled and are non refundable.
Will you tell me what is coming in my box ahead of time? Can I choose?
The surprise is part of the fun! We prefer to keep this a secret! If you want to get an idea of what you might receive, please visit our Shop for items that might be in your box! However, we have been receiving a lot of emails lately of customers wanting to have the option to choose. In the near future we are hoping to implement a feature that will allow you to choose your own pieces of jewelry ahead of time.
What if I don’t like the accessories I receive?
We hope you do! But if you don’t, please let us know! And even suggest some jewelry you would like to see in our boxes, send us a picture or a link to info@thetrendybox.com and we might be able to put it in our next month’s box! In the meantime, pass along any accessories you didn’t like to anyone you know that might enjoy them! These accessories are fun and make great gifts!
I loved my accessories! Where can I buy more for my friends?
You can buy accessories that you receive in your box in our Shop! Click on Shop and then click on any of the sub categories, Bracelets, Earrings, Necklace, and Rings. If you received something that is not currently on our site for purchase, please email info@thetrendybox.com, and we will try our best to get some in stock within 48 hours.
Do you only send lead and nickel free accessories?
Yes! We only buy lead and nickel free pieces.
